In this session, participants will gain an understanding of bystander intervention and leadership acumen. This session will help them to be effective when intervention is needed. They will learn how to deal with “thorny” employee issues when intervention is needed in the most effective manner. These employee behaviors can often place leadership and/or employees in vulnerable positions. This session will provide an understanding of bystander intervention, what leadership behaviors are needed to lead in these situations, and how human resource professionals can establish leadership presence during these difficult situations.
